Alamitos Heights

A truly family oriented
neighborhood, built during the 1930's through
1950's. The homes in Alamitos Heights are
generally on a full lot (50'x130') with only a few
exceptions. You will find 2 story colonials, ranch style
single stories as well as Spanish and Mediterranean style
homes. Most homes are approximately 1,400 to 2,500
square feet with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Alamitos Heights
borders Belmont Heights.
Price range from the low $600's - One Million
plus.

Belmont Heights

One of the most sought after
neighborhoods in Long Beach. Built after the turn of the
century through the 1930's. A collection of Spanish,
Mediterranean and Craftsman Style homes. You will also
find condominiums and a selection of duplex’s and four-plex’s.
There are variations of lot sizes from a full lot (50'x130')
to some smaller lots of (30'x80'). Belmont Heights
borders Belmont Shore.
Price range from the high $400's - One Million plus.

Belmont Shore

The beach is your back yard;
windsurfing, roller blading and sailing are a big
attraction. 2nd Street shopping is another big
attraction. Built primarily in the 1920's and
30's. Small Spanish and Craftsman style homes are most
noticeable with more and more newer homes being built.
There are a number of condominiums and small multi unit
buildings. Lot sizes are 30'x80' with only a few 45'x80'
lots. Belmont Shore borders The Peninsula.
Price range from the low $600's - Two Million plus,
with waterfront generally being the highest.

Belmont Park

This small neighborhood is
extremely popular. It borders Alamitos Bay and offers
access for boating and water skiing plus you’re with in
walking distance to 2nd Street shopping and restaurants.
Built in the 1930's and 40's the homes are best described as
cottages with a lot of curb appeal. Lot sizes for the
most part are 40'x90'. Belmont Park borders Belmont
Heights and Belmont Shore.
Price range from the low $600's - One Million plus.

The Peninsula

If you want the Ocean at
your front door the Peninsula is for you. At the end of
Ocean Boulevard just beyond Belmont Shore, you will find a
great stretch of land, with the ocean on one side and the bay
on the other. Built during the 1930's and 40's many of
the homes were built as beach cottages. Over the years
the small cottages have been replaced with two and three story
homes of various architectural styles. Lot sizes are
generally 30'x80'. The Peninsula is across the bay from
Naples.
Price range from the low $600's to $2 - 4 Million.

Park Estates

Nestled in a beautiful
park-like area across from Cal State Long Beach is Park
Estates. If your idea of a yard is larger then 50'x130'
then Park Estates will surely interest you. The homes
range in size from 2,000 square feet to well over 5,000 square
feet and some of the lots are over an acre. The
homes are Classics from the 40's, 50's and 60's.
Price range mid $600's to $4 - 5 million.

island "Naples" with a truly picturesque canal that
gondolas frequent daily. Even if you don’t live in
Naples the local gondola ride is really a treat. The
homes are "eclectic" from the small 800 square foot
Spanish style to the massive 5,000 plus square foot three
story waterfront homes. You will find most of the lots to be
30'x80'. Larger lots are really at a premium.

Seal Beach

Just inside the Orange
County line is the beach-side town of Seal Beach. You
will think that you are going back in time to a small town in
Southern California. Seal Beach is just far enough off
the beaten path to give you the feeling of a small town.

contemporary. Lot sizes generally are 25'x100'.

Just beyond Seal Beach is a
private gated beachfront community with some of the most
colorful homes you will find. Surfside is very eclectic
and the homes are truly unique. Lot sizes are mostly

on the ocean is what Surfside is all about.
Price range from the low $800's - 3 Million plus.

Sunset Beach

Sunset beach is best known
for its' landmark "water tower" which is really a
house. Sunset starts where Surfside stops.
Sunset is open to the beach and has a real cross section of

30'x70' range with just a few larger lots. Some of the
homes are as large as 8,000 square feet.

Huntington Harbor

A group of several islands
that are linked by bridges and waterways leading to the ocean
and close to Sunset Beach. Most of the homes were
built in the 1960's and 70's and ranging in size from
1,700 to 10,000 square feet. Many of the homes are
on the water and recently remodeled or rebuilt. Lot
sizes vary, 60'x100' being the average.

Huntington Beach

Probably the most developed
land in the area. New homes have been constructed
at a rapid pace over the last 5 years. The small town of
Huntington Beach is the "surfing capital" of the
country.

standard in town of 25'x115' to over 6,000 square feet in the
newer homes.
